Working group for DCS RCF wage parity with DOH facilities!

CCANS has formed a working group to deal with the wage issues facing DCS RCF facilities. Currently DOH RCF RCW's are getting substantially higher wages than the DCS RCF's and we are working towards equality. The wage gap is affecting the ability of DCS facilities to attract and retain employees who provide front line care.
